Health Benefits of the Durian

Probably one of the most unusual exotic fruits available on the market today is the durian. A seasonal fruit that is cultivated in many exotic countries, durian fruit is extremely high in antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. True – almost all exotic fruit have a high amount of these nutrients, but durian fruit takes these to another level. If it were possible to name a fruit the ‘most nutritious’, then the durian could really be considered one of them!

Though some may not like the durian’s smell, its health benefits totally balance it out.
